Celebrate Constitution Day with us today at the Library, starting at 7PM.
The library is currently accepting donations for our sale to take place on May 4th and 5th.
We will be selling new and used Polish and English books, Adam Mickiewicz Library and Dramatic Circle t-shirts, and odds and ends.
We are accepting any donations including, books, odds and ends, and toys. Feel free to drop off donations Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings after 7:00.
All proceeds to benefit the library.

Join us for Dyngus Day on April 9!
The day starts off at 12:00 PM with Buffalo’s Best Kielbasa Contest.
This Contest will bring together Dyngus Day revelers, Polish beer connoisseurs, and Polish sausage lovers into the Heart of Polonia to determine Buffalo’s Best Kiełbasa.
The contest sponsor is Fillmore District Council Member David A. Franczyk, who is looking for the best kiełbasa makers in the area.
The kiełbasa will be judged on a number of attributes in a blind tasting conducted by celebrity judges.
The winners of this year’s contest will receive a basket of Polish Cheer and best of all, the honor of being designated Buffalo’s Best Homemade and Commercial Kiełbasa and and/or the People’s Choice Winner.
The contest will be held at the Adam Mickiewicz Library and Dramatic Circle, 612 Fillmore Ave, Buffalo, NY from Noon- 3pm.
During the contest, an Amtec Polish Beer Tasting Bar will be conducted at the bar with the unique brands of Polish Beer we feature throughout the year. Tastings will be offered (3 for $1 or 6 for $2) and you can certainly buy a bottle to enjoy. Authentic Polish food will also be available.
Admission to the contest is for spectators is $10. Admission includes a ballot to vote for the People’s Choice Contest, one draft beer, a commemorative cup for beer tasting, and admission to evening activities at Mickie’s beginning at 5pm.
During the Dyngus Day festivities in the evening, we will be serving the best of Polish Beer. On stage will be Docenko at 6pm followed by Hocus Polkas at 8PM and True Colors to end the night.
